AI disclosure policy
Every launchtube.ai video is made by software. This page says exactly which parts, what we never do, and how disclosure works on YouTube.
1. What is made by software
- Scripts. Drafted by an AI writing model from your channel plan, then checked by automated rules for originality and for the topics we refuse.
- Voices. Synthetic, from a licensed library. One voice is locked to your channel. We never copy the voice of a real person.
- Pictures. Licensed library photos and clips, plus computer-generated still images and short moving scenes. They are edited into a new work, never re-uploaded as they came.
- Editing, captions, titles, descriptions and thumbnails. Automated.
What is not automated: your answers, your confirmation of the channel plan, your topic rejections, and any photos or brand files you supply.
2. What we never make
- A real person appearing to say or do something they did not.
- A real event or place shown as something it was not.
- A copy of a real person’s voice.
- Health, medical, legal, financial, investment or political advice from a synthetic presenter.
- News impersonation, adult content, or content designed to distress.
- Re-uploads of other people’s footage.
3. Originality
Each video’s script and picture sequence are checked against the last ten videos on your channel and remade if they repeat. Nothing is shared between customers. Library clips are always edited into a new work. No video is only still pictures with no story. YouTube treats repetitive, template-made channels as ineligible for its Partner Programme; we build against that, and the judgement remains YouTube’s.
4. Disclosure on YouTube
YouTube asks creators to disclose realistic synthetic or altered content: a real-looking person, place or event that is not real. Our videos are made not to contain such content. Where a video does contain a realistic generated scene, we flag it:
- On Solar and Orbit, with publishing switched on, we set YouTube’s altered or synthetic content setting when we upload.
- On Launch, and whenever you upload a video yourself, the flag is shown against that video in your library so you can set it in YouTube Studio.
YouTube may also add its own labels. YouTube has said that labels do not by themselves change how a video is recommended or whether it can earn. Please do not remove a flag we have set.
5. Facts and accuracy
We treat the facts you give us as true and build scripts on them. Scripts may also draw on general knowledge. On any subject where accuracy matters to you, check the video before you publish it. We do not make advice videos, and nothing in a video is advice.
6. Telling your audience
You own the videos and you decide what to tell your audience beyond YouTube’s own settings. We recommend a line in your channel description saying that your videos are made with synthetic voices and generated pictures. Honesty with an audience is also what keeps a channel on the right side of YouTube’s rules.
