Terms of service

Last updated 13 September 2026.

This page says what you buy from launchtube.ai, what we promise, what we don’t, and how to cancel. It is written to be read, not skimmed. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] before you pay.

1. Who we are

In these terms “we” and “us” mean launchtube, and “you” means the person or business paying for a plan. You must be at least 18. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

2. What you are buying

A monthly subscription. Each month we make a fixed number of finished videos for one YouTube channel (two on Orbit) and place them in your library for you to download.

  • Launch, £59.95 a month. 2 longer videos and 14 short videos. Download only. No YouTube connection needed.
  • Solar, £99.95 a month. 4 longer videos and 28 short videos. You can connect one YouTube channel you already own.
  • Orbit, £149.95 a month. 6 longer videos and 42 short videos, across up to two channels you create and own.

Longer videos run 4 to 8 minutes on Launch and 8 to 12 minutes on Solar and Orbit. Short videos run 25 to 40 seconds. Every video comes with a title, a description, chapters where they apply and a thumbnail image. Prices are in pounds sterling. VAT is added where the law requires it, based on where you are. The one optional extra, a cinematic look for your videos, is priced separately and offered on Solar and Orbit only.

There are no credits, no usage meters and no extra charges for videos that have to be remade.

3. Your answers and your channel plan

After you pay we ask you some questions: what your channel is about, who it is for, the facts we should use and the things we must never say. From your answers we write a channel plan and show it to you. Nothing is made until you confirm that plan. You can change your answers and have the plan written again before you confirm, and you can change the plan later; videos made after a change follow the new plan.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts you give us and for having the right to use any photos, names or brand material you upload. We treat the facts you give us as true.

4. How videos are made

Videos are made by software from your channel plan: the script, the voice, the pictures, the editing, the captions and the titles. Voices come from a licensed library of synthetic voices; we never copy the voice of a real person. Pictures come from licensed image and clip libraries and from computer-generated still images and short moving scenes. Our AI disclosure policy explains this in full.

5. Quality checks and remakes

Every video passes automated checks before it reaches your library: the right length, sound present, a script that does not repeat your last ten, a picture sequence that does not repeat your last ten, and no video that is only still pictures with no story. A video that fails a check is remade. It never counts against your monthly number and you are never charged for it.

Before a video is made you can reject its topic in your library at no cost. Once a video has passed the checks and reached your library it counts as delivered. We do not remake delivered videos on matters of taste.

6. Delivery times

The first video usually reaches your library within 48 hours of you confirming your channel plan. The rest of the month’s videos follow as each one passes our checks, which can mean several arrive together. If nothing has reached your library within seven days of your first payment, you get a full refund (section 8).

7. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in your account, in two clicks, or by emailing [email protected] from the address you signed up with. There is no notice period and no reason required. When you cancel:

  • your current month runs to its end;
  • any videos still due for that month are still made and delivered;
  • you are not charged again;
  • you keep every video already delivered.

We do not refund the unused part of a month after you cancel, because that month’s videos are still made and delivered to you.

8. Refunds

If no video has been accepted into your library within seven days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. Ask from your account or by email. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within ten working days, depending on your bank.

Your videos are digital content made to your plan, and we start making them as soon as you confirm the plan. By confirming, you ask us to begin within any statutory cooling-off period and accept that, once a video has been delivered, the right to withdraw for a refund no longer applies, except as set out above. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

9. Publishing to YouTube (Solar and Orbit)

On Solar and Orbit you can connect a YouTube channel you own. We ask Google only for permission to upload videos to it and to read basic channel details. We never create a Google account or a YouTube channel for you. Publishing to your channel switches on only once Google has approved our connection and you have approved your first three videos. Until then, and always on Launch, videos are yours to download and upload yourself.

You can disconnect your channel at any time from your account or from your Google security settings. We delete the connection 30 days after your subscription ends.

10. Your channel is yours

The channel, the audience and the results are yours. You are responsible for following YouTube’s terms and community guidelines on your channel. We do not promise views, subscribers, income, YouTube Partner Programme membership or advertising earnings, and nobody honest can. YouTube may add labels to videos that contain synthetic content, and it may act against channels it judges to be mass-produced or repetitive. We build every video to be unique to your channel, but decisions about your channel are YouTube’s, not ours.

11. Who owns the videos

You own the videos we deliver to you. You can publish them on your channels and social accounts, edit them and keep them after you leave. We keep ownership of our tools, prompts, methods and anything that is not the finished video. Licensed library pictures, clips, music and voices are cleared for use inside the finished videos; the raw library files are not yours to reuse separately.

12. What we will not make

We do not make videos that give health, medical, legal, financial, investment or political advice through a synthetic presenter; that impersonate news; that copy a real person’s voice or likeness; that show real people or real events doing things that did not happen; that are designed to distress; that are adult content; or that re-upload other people’s footage. We also refuse anything unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading. If what you ask for falls into one of these areas we tell you when you fill in your answers, and if nothing can be made for you, section 8 applies.

13. Fair use of the service

One subscription covers one channel (two on Orbit). You may not resell the service, share your account, or use it to run channels for other people as a business without our written agreement. You may not use the videos to break the law or another person’s rights.

14. Changes to plans and prices

We may change what a plan includes or what it costs. We give you at least one month’s notice by email, and a price change applies from your first monthly payment after that notice. If you do not want the change, cancel before it applies and section 7 works as normal.

15. Our responsibility to you

We make and deliver videos; we do not control what YouTube or any other platform does with them. We are not responsible for lost income, lost views, decisions taken by platforms, or losses caused by facts you gave us that were not true. Our total responsibility to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing removes your statutory rights as a consumer.

16. Law and disputes

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in and may bring a claim in your own country’s courts. We would rather fix a problem than argue about it: write to [email protected] first.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to you at least 30 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
